All Chemistry Notes

The Chemistry portion of the NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) examination encompasses an extensive array of principles from the Class 11 and Class 12 syllabi. It comprises 50 questions (split into Section A and Section B, with applicants required to attempt 45), representing 180 marks out of the cumulative 720.

The curriculum places great emphasis on evaluating conceptual understanding, chemical reactions, and numerical problem-solving capabilities across physical, organic, and inorganic chemistry domains.

While questions are distributed across the entire NEET Chemistry syllabus, historically, these high-weightage chapters carry the maximum marks and demand complete conceptual mastery:

- Organic Chemistry (Named Reactions, Hydrocarbons, and GOC)
- Coordination Compounds & d-Block Elements (High-yield Inorganic blocks)
- Chemical Bonding & Molecular Structure (Core foundational concepts)
- Equilibrium & Thermodynamics (Essential Physical Chemistry numericals)
- Solutions & Electrochemistry (High-scoring formula-based topics)
